“3. Construction members move that the Scottish freelance Branch adopts the Major Motion Picture agreement in both Terms & Conditions and Rates."

“4. Construction members working in TV and Drama move that the Scottish freelance Branch adopts Terms and conditions of the LPD Construction Branch. The grade structures should match those of LPD Construction branch. The rates themselves should be pegged to the LPD Construction rates in a way that recognises the equal standards of work across the UK whilst accepting that there are different financial pressures on productions in the lower budget bands.”
