BECTU/PACT Joint Guidance

Since the introduction of the 2023 TV Drama agreement, both parties have committed to reviewing its progress. At the first 6 month review it was agreed that joint guidance would be necessary to help both producers and crew engage better with the new agreement.

Which production companies are in PACT?

It is important to know whether or not the production company you are working for is a member of PACT. 

The larger commissioners such as Netflix or Apple are not members of PACT but the production companies they engage to create content may be. 

PACT members must adhere to the TV Drama agreement if the content they are creating fulfils the criteria set out in sectioion A2 - "Scope"
